This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted for products purchased on www.simmansinternational.com.

2. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unactivated, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, mouthpieces, user manuals, warranty cards, and any freebies received.
- A valid unboxing video or photographic proof of the defect, damage, or incorrect item must be submitted along with the return request.
- The return request must be raised within the stipulated 7-day window by contacting our support team.
Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Valid Reasons for Return
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
3.1 Defective or Damaged Product The product received is physically damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not functioning as described on our website.
3.2 Wrong Product Delivered You received a product that is different from what you ordered (wrong model, wrong variant, or wrong quantity).
3.3 Incomplete Order Your order arrived with missing components such as mouthpieces, USB cable, user manual, or other accessories listed in the product description.
3.4 Dead on Arrival (DOA) The product does not power on or function at all upon first use, despite following the setup instructions correctly.
4. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product has been used, activated, or tested and the return is based on a change of mind.
- The product shows signs of physical damage caused by the customer (drops, scratches, liquid exposure, etc.).
- The product has been tampered with, modified, or repaired by an unauthorized person.
- Original packaging, accessories, or mouthpieces are missing at the time of return.
- The return request is raised after 7 days of the delivery date.
- Products purchased during flash sales, clearance sales, or special promotional events (unless defective or wrong item delivered).
- The product serial number or warranty sticker has been removed or altered.
- Damage caused by improper use, incorrect charging, or failure to follow the user manual.
5. How to Raise a Return Request

Step 3 — Await Approval Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection via email or phone.
Step 4 — Ship the Product If your return is approved, we will share the return shipping address and instructions. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable courier service. Please share the return tracking details with us after dispatch.
Step 5 — Inspection and Resolution Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it within 3–5 business days. Based on the inspection outcome, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.
6. Return Shipping
6.1 Defective / Wrong Product If the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or wrong item delivered, Simmans International will bear the return shipping cost. We will either arrange a pickup or reimburse your shipping expense (up to ₹150) upon submission of a valid courier receipt.
6.2 Other Approved Returns For any other approved return reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service. Simmans International will not be held responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.
7. Replacement Policy
In cases where a defective, damaged, or wrong product is confirmed upon inspection, we offer a free replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
- Replacement orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after inspection approval.
- If the exact product is out of stock, we will offer you the option of a full refund or an equivalent product of the same value.
- Replacement is a one-time offer per order. If the replacement unit also has a defect, a full refund will be issued.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 Refund Eligibility Refunds are issued in the following situations:
- The returned product passes inspection and meets all return eligibility criteria.
- The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
