2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver to all states and union territories of India, including metro cities, Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, and most remote pin codes serviced by our logistics partners.
If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at the time of checkout or after order placement, and a full refund will be processed if payment has been made.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS once your order is successfully placed, and a separate dispatch notification with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines are estimated from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location and the availability of our logistics partners:

5. Shipping Charges
5.1 Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹4,999. This offer is applicable across India and requires no coupon code.
5.2 Standard Shipping Charges For orders below ₹4,999, a nominal shipping fee will be applicable and will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before payment.

6. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number along with the name of the courier/logistics partner will be shared with you via:

- Registered mobile number (SMS / WhatsApp)
You can use the tracking number to monitor the real-time status of your shipment on the courier partner’s website or app.
7. Shipping Partners
We work with reputed and reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our current shipping partners include, but are not limited to:

- DTDC
- India Post (for remote areas)
We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate logistics partner based on your delivery location and order size.
8. Packaging
All Simmans International products are carefully packed to ensure they are protected during transit. Products are dispatched in:
- Sturdy corrugated boxes for individual units.
- Bubble wrap or foam padding for fragile components.
- Sealed packaging with proper product labelling.
If you receive a package that appears visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and immediately report it to our customer support team.
9. Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times at your registered delivery address. If delivery is unsuccessful on both attempts due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases:
- You will be contacted to arrange re-delivery.
- Re-delivery may attract additional shipping charges.
- If the order is returned to us and you request a refund, the original shipping fee (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Simmans International is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer at the time of order placement.
Please ensure your full delivery address — including flat/house number, street name, locality, city, state, and PIN code — is accurate before confirming your order. 11. Damaged or Lost Shipments
11.1 Damaged in Transit If your product arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos or a video of the damaged package and product immediately upon receipt.

- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the damage report.
11.2 Lost in Transit If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe and the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us. We will investigate with the logistics partner and arrange a replacement or full refund as applicable.
12. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes across India. The COD option will be displayed at checkout if available for your delivery address.
Please note:
- COD orders may take 1–2 additional business days to process and dispatch.
- Kindly keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- COD is not available for bulk or high-value orders above ₹15,000.
13. Public Holidays and Exceptional Delays
Deliveries are not made on national public holidays. During festive seasons (Diwali, Holi, Christmas, etc.), delivery timelines may be extended by 2–4 additional business days due to high order volumes. We will notify customers of any such delays wherever possible.
